290803 Bittertweet What other excuses can I come up with for not writing on my blog? Quite a number: 1) Modem got fried and we had to send the notebook back to sony 2) been busy as hell and too lazy to write here, i don't think anyone reads this anyway. 150703 Renaissance Boy it's good to be back!  I've been delaying starting up my blog again because of all that's been going on the past months:  losing the computer, buying a computer, installing software, moving, unpacking, whew! It's been just a mess.  Hopefully now i'll be able to do this more often, because I've had a lot to say for the past months of silence. In sum, here's what transpired since I've been gone: Mid April:  We returned our laptop to Dell for a full refund after six months of use. Can you beat that?  Two months later we were able to get this  shweet Sony Vaio PCG-NV290 and the built-in Memory Stick drive is just fantastic.  It came with a free printer and scanner so those are more toys for me! May:  Work as usual. Nothing eventful June:  My birthday, and my birthday party.  That all went well.  A trip to SFO to visit my family. Plus we made the big move from Bergen across Flatbush to Prospect Place, and it has been fine so far. Some minor repairs and problems, plus the Mystery of the Missing Hot Box (goodbye Spice Network!), but this place is a great new space.  Would love to have you visit sometime!  Oh and, the Dyke March was ummm...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. That was sad. July:  Can you believe it's almost been a year? Time flies fast when you're having fun.  For all it's worth this is the greatest chapter of my life.
